The dépendance is located in front of the main house and it is about 35 square meters.
The studio apartment is arranged in two levels and consists of a living room in the ground floor (furnished with dining table, kitchen and sofa bed) and bathroom with shower and a loft area floors with double bed (on request it is possible to replace the bed with 2 single beds).
The loft area floor is made of wood, in the middle it is about 2 meters high, large about 18 square meters and it is accessible by a comfortable staircase.
The heating operates with underfloor heating system.
Air conditioning system is installed and available on request with an extra fee of 7 € per day as package cost for electric power consumption.
