The dépendance is located in front of the main house and it is about 35 square meters.
The studio apartment is arranged in two levels and consists of a living room in the ground floor (furnished with dining table, kitchen and double sofa bed) and bathroom with shower and a loft area floors with double bed (on request it is possible to replace the bed with 2 single beds).
The loft area floor is made of wood, in the middle it is about 2 meters high, large about 18 square meters and it is accessible by a comfortable staircase.
The heating operates with underfloor heating system.
The air conditioning system is available in all apartments both in the living room and in the bedroom and no extra fees are required.
