It is possible to rent the entire villa with exclusive use of the five independent apartments, living room, garden, swimming pool, common area, parking and all the services available in our residence.

The residence includes also a large living-room on the ground floor of the villa (size 180sqm), equipped with kitchen and tables, fireplace, sofa and armchairs, tv 52″ and facilities, where it is possible to cook for a large number of people (dishes included) and have lunch and dinner on together.
This option is ideal for groups, large families, events or just to enjoy our place without sharing common spaces.
The air conditioning system is available in all apartments both in the living room and in the bedroom and no extra fees are required.
